Dimitris Kourkouridis is an Engineer of Planning and Regional Development, holding a Masters Degree on Geography and Cartography and a second one on Transport Planning and Management of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
At present he is preparing his PhD research on “the Socio-spatial dimension of Exhibitions, the host cities and their interactive dynamics – The case study of Thessaloniki”, at the School of Spatial Planning and Development of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
He has been working as a researcher at the Business & Exhibition Research and Development Institute since 2007 having participated in numerous surveys and studies regarding the exhibition sector, while he has also taken part in the preparation, management and finalization of several European and co-funded Programs.
Finally, he has published numerous articles regarding his scientific and research interests on several scientific journals and congresses.
